It's funny what you do and do not miss when you are home away from home. There's not a whole lot I miss about true home (Texas) but there are those great things you just can't seem to get elsewhere like great Mexican food, real hotdogs and true Sprite. Something about hotdogs in a tin or bottle just doesn't suit me. Sprite here is more like strong lemonade not that crisp clean taste you get in the U.S.
Sadly enough in months to come I will be missing my greatest British loves of Holby City, EastEnders, Corrie and Emmerdale and pound packing full English breakfasts'.
